Effective Jan 14,2024, all accident claims must be filed electronically through the USASA Website.  Accident Insurance is for registered South Dakota Adult Soccer players under USASA, provided by West River Adult Soccer.   

This insurance is secondary to your personal or primary medical insurance policy.  

If you are filing a claim, your accident/injury must have occurred during a USASA Affiliated event.
