WORKSHEETS!!!

PLEASE REMEMBER - ALL WORKSHEETS MUST BE DONE BY HAND ON PAPER!!! 

My system for worksheets has been set up so that it is relatively easy to get a good mark (75% or more) but quite difficult to get 100%.  The aim is for you to get used to doing well through working hard!   I maintain high standards and the neatness marks are vitally important because in an examminer cannot read your answers you will NOT get the marks.

1.     Complete the worksheet BY HAND, ON PAPER and hand in before on the due date.  You must attach a worksheet rubric (on the desk in my lab) and complete the initial information ONLY. (Name - worksheet title - due date and date handed in.)  A copy of this rubric can be found on the TLR page of this site.

2. The worksheet will be returned to you with each page initialled and a mark allocated for completeness, punctuality and neatness.

3. You then mark the worksheet (memo uploaded to teams) according to the memo - showing all correct and incorrect answers and detailed corrections. 

4. We will go through any issues you still have in class and following that you then fill in your raw mark (and worksheet total ), convert it to a mark out of 5 without rounding up and sign the declaration it before handing it in again.  If you do not fill in this mark you will forfeit it, similarly, mark penalties will be given for unsigned rubrics.

5. The work will then be graded for the quality of marking and corrections and a final mark out of 20 will be recorded. 

6. Late worksheets will be accepted any time after the due date and demerits will be awarded for outstanding worksheets each time a subsequent worksheet mark is entered.

Please follow these steps carefully - I cannot afford to give you second chances to sign or fill in marks or I would never have time to do anything else!  Filling important documents in correctly is a vital skill to learn!
