Presentation topics included Waikiki-specific vulnerability, the importance of pre-disaster recovery planning, components of a strong recovery plan, and best recovery practices based on case studies.
Throughout the workshop, activities were used to gather input from the participants. This input addressed questions such as: "What is your vision for recovery?" and "What would an ideal Waikiki look like?".
