A HUGE congratulations to Abby Arnashus & Hazel Rose Galvan who were two of four students chosen to represent Chicago Public Schools at Intel ISEF 2017 which is taking place Sunday, May 14, 2017 to Friday, May 19, 2017 in Los Angeles, California.

Congratulations to Von Stars, Emma S DeVarenne, Malia Gehrenbeck, Hazel Rose Galvan, Sofia Rogel & Abby Arnashus, who participated in the Illinois Junior Academy of Science State Science Fair which took place May 5th - May 6th at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL.

• Hazel received Gold in both the Paper and Poster competitions with her project "Aqueous v. Interfacial Route of Polyaniline."
• Abby received Gold in both the Paper and Poster competitions with her project "Angling Energy for D3 Synthesis Efficiency."
• Sofia received Silver in the Paper competition with her project "The Heat Cure."
• Malia received Gold in the Poster competition with her project "Grease Your Engines."
• Emma received Gold in the Poster competition with her project "Algae Fuel."
