Steven D. Hatfield, 75, of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away on January 8, 2024. Born in Red Oak, IA, on May 12, 1948, he was the son of Lawrence and Goldie Hatfield.

Steve is survived by his son, Kris Hatfield; his daughters, Tricia Gillespie and Kendra Orth; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Janet [Fryer] Hatfield.

A Celebration of Life Gathering was held from 1:00-4:00 p.m., on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Drive in Lincoln, Nebraska 68516. Burial was in the Villisca Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2024.
