Inconvenience / nuisance

If you are confronted with inconveniences from other residents, than please contact these residents to request the discontinuation of the nuisance.

When this has no effect, a complaint can be addressed to the Board: varsecretariaat@gmail.com

Leakage

When there is a leakage in your apartment and it is unclear what the cause is, you will have the following options.

1. Via the Board of Owners you can request a leak detection. Afterwards we will give an assignment via Ibotec to one of the known leak detection companies. Costs of this will be between € 300,00 en € 500,00. This includes the creation of a report.

2 You can arrange yourself the leak detection activity.

When the outcome of the detection shows that the cause is by a construction fault or defect, the repair activities will be handled via the Board of Owners. Costs paid for the detection will be credited.

If the cause lies with the owner, the already made costs will be charged to the owner.

For further treatment and possible claims to the insurance company a report is always required.

Most common causes leakages

• Bad Kit Joints
• Kit Joints in for example the bathroom need to be replaced regularly. Advice is every 5 year. Leakages caused by bad Kit Joints cannot be claimed by any insurance company.
• Incorrectly connected pipes
• Please pay attention that pipe connection to f.i. dishwashers or new plumbing in the bathroom are correctly done.
