Airco policy (March 2021)

During the general owners meeting of March 2021 the so called 'airco protocol' is accepted. A version of the protocol can be found at the download section.

Charging stations electrical cars (Augustus 2020)

During the yearly meeting of owners of 2020 it was decided not to allow the placement for charging stations for the time being.

The reason is that new consultations must take place with members in response to news reports about fire hazards.

Flue gas discharge ducts (June 2020)

An inspection of the flue gas discharge channels took place in August 2017.

The result of this is that the current channels need to be replaced.

The final ones will be replaced again in 2021, this will be communicated separately.

Lighting (Juni 2020)

New LED lighting has been installed in our building

Carpetting (November 2019)

New carpeting has been installed on the corridors.

Please take care of adequate covering when relocating or in case of home improvements

Interior painting (December 2018)

In the winter period of 2018 / 2019 interior painting will take place.

All wooden parts will be painted.

CO Detectors (October 2017)

In apartments has a CO detector been installed for you safety as advised from the outcome of the inspection of the Flue Gas Ducts. The manual can be found under Downloads

Parking garage (May 2017)

Regularly we are getting complaints that residents are unable to park on the designated parking space (rented or owned), because it is occupied by someone else.

Request to all who have access to the parking garage to only use the assigned parking space. An empty space does not mean that it is available.

If you rent the space and do not know anymore which number has been assigned, please contact your rental agency.

Emergency exits (May 2017)

We like to ask you to not make use of the emergency exits in the parking garage when there is no emergency.

The door has a locking mechanism which can only be unlocked from inside (by opening the with the handlebar). When the door has been opened, it will close but no longer locked and will be accessible from outside. Needless to say it will invite unwanted visitors.

Fire Safety (May 2017)

For safety reasons, please make sure there are no obstruction objects in the general spaces and please keep the inner doors (fire blocking) closed (See Household regulations)
