Name change entrance

To have your name added or changed at the entrance tableau, please raise a request to the secretariat of the VVE via Email varsecretariaat@gmail.com

User Statement for Rent (Owners)

If you want to offer your apartment or parking space for rent, you need to submit a User Statement signed by the tenant to the VVE management. An User Statement can be found on the downloads page, only available in Dutch.

Notification obligation

There is a duty to notify the board of the following matters:

• Renovation bathroom or kitchen

• Placement Fixed air conditioning

Garbage container and old paper

Near the building there are underground garbage containers for general waste and paper. To make use of them a "CURE milieupas" is needed. This pass belongs to the appartment and should be available in the appartment.

Plastic and Glass collection points can be found at supermarkets.

Moving / renovations

When moving in or renovation activities are ongoing, please make sure that the general spaces are kept clean. This in generally means to vacuum clean the hallways at the end of the day and placing protecting where necessary.
