澳洲悉尼 UTS 功夫講座 Round 2: 用意不用力(內家拳如何應用"意")
"用意不用力"很多人都聽過識講, 但如何在真實情況中體驗應用? 今次UTS Kung Fu Club 悉尼科大功夫學會 及 NSW Chin Woo Athletic Association 澳大利亞新州精武會 很榮幸請到了 悉尼有名的太極拳師傅 馮國基 醫生(Dr. John Fung), 為我們剖析一下"用意不用力"。 馮國基 醫生將會以其本身修習的"楊健侯楊氏太極拳" 及 "古勞詠春拳" 中的一些動作及散手去為大家說明。機會難遇,而且座位有限請各網友報名留座。

Part I: Theoretic Foundation
1.Difference between Mind-Intent lead power and brute power.
2.Practical Internal Kung Fu vs. Fantasy Internal Kung Fu
3.True mind 真意 (heart) vs. Common mind (brain), using driving as example.
4.Relationship between mind-intent (Yi), Qi and Body. Illustration of how the body reflects the mind, using some simple Tai Chi moves.
5.Brief discussion on the internal power pathways: Yinqiao Mai, Yong Quan Yue, Dan Tian, Jing Yuan, Jianjing, Quci, Lao Gong etc.
6.Basic geometric structures for the most effective bio-mechanics: Sphere, Tetrahedron and Spiral. Discussions on how the geometric structures extends beyond the body.

Part II: Training Methods
1.Correct mental and physical approach to avoid injuries.
2.Using Visualization as an aid. Use also examples such as Basketball, swimming, tennis.
3.Using Weapon Training to train the mind: the Bokken (Samurai sword), Jian and Butterfly Sword.
4.The importance to know the opponent's mind and body.
5.Imperial Yang Tai Chi (楊建候太極拳) Basic Dynamics: Practical Demonstraions of the 透勁.The 3 Rings, the Sectional Rings, and Chaotic Rings.
6.Kulo Wing Chun (古勞詠春拳) internal method: the Supress Tiger (伏虎) Jing, Whip Power and Inch Power (Ballistic Strike and Whole Body Strike)
7.Practical self-defence applications.
