Most of these things will be covered in General Orientation, but these are things you need to do:
1. Fill out and submit EAP Pre-Departure Requirements Form
2. Make sure Passport is valid for 6 months after the program end date
3. Pay EAP Fees throught myEAP
4. Health Clearance
a. Instructions through Student Health
b. Instructions through a Private Physician
c. Hepatitis B Health Advisory
5. Disability Form (if applicable)
6. Attend Mandatory Orientation (Check your e-mail, sometime in April, for Fall/Year)
7. Attend Mandatory Country (Italy) Orientation (Check your e-mail, sometime in May generally for Fall/Year)
Note: EAP will enroll you for the quarter. You do not need to worry about signing up for EAP or anything on WebReg
More stuff on your end that you will need to do:
1. Keep myEAP up to date
2. Get 12 passport photos (specific requirements) I recommend actually getting more
3. Pick up your "To Whom It May Concern" Letter and the "Letter of Acceptance" at the EAP Office
4. Apply for you visa. Book your appointment at the consulate as early as possible. Spots fill up fast.
