Nick Harris - PCSO

I joined the Kent Police as a PCSO in 2016 and joined UNISON straight away during my training. I currently work in Margate as a District PCSO.

I've used UNISON a couple times in the past, once for a relatively serious matter, and they were incredibly helpful and resolved the problem I was having without any issue. I decided to become a UNISON steward in 2020 because I wanted to give back and help people in the way I got help when I needed it. I strongly believe being a member of UNISON is a great thing to do, not just for large problems and disciplinary issues as some people believe, but for smaller issues in the workplace as the advice I've received over the years has always been brilliant.
