Beckman Coulter CytoFlex LX Digital Flow Cytometry Analyzer 4 Laser System

This powerful instrument, capable of detecting up to 19 parameters and 16 colors simultaneously, is ideal for both clinical and research applications. Its Avalanche photodiode detectors provide great sensitivity and resolution across the entire visible spectrum. It is equipped with both semi-automatic single tube loader and 96 well plate, giving the researchers more flexibility in sample preparation with reduced hands-on time and better results reliability. Its unique violet side scatter allows for nanoparticle and microparticle resolutions under 200nm. The volumetric measurement with continuous flow of this instrument makes it possible for particle enumeration without the needs for counting beads.

Sample Handling

• • Semi-automatic Single Tube Loading with 12 x 75 mm or 1.2 mL tubes

  • plate loader for 96-well plates (U bottom, flat bottom, V bottom)

  • Volumetric measurements with continuous flow, so no need for counting beads for particle enumeration

• 1. 80mW 405nm Solid State violet laser,

  2. 50mW 488nm Solid State blue laser,

  3. 30mW 561nm Solid State yellow/green laser, and

  4. 50mW 640nm Solid State red laser.
