Bread reboot

Started baking bread again. Made the No-Knead recipe with 2 tsbp olive oil and after about 1 hour, placed it in the fridge overnight. Went to bake the next day and the dough was too wet to work. After ~15 minutes of kneading, it was still not holding together. More flour was sprinkled on top and worked into the dough. Still very wet, but help together enough to form into a loaf. Over spring pushed out more than up, but good crumb with plenty of large and small bubbles.
