We are beginning to accept applications for enrollment so that we can determine the interest in both our school community and surrounding communities as well.

Student Application

This application must be completed by any eligible student who will be in grades K through 12 and are interested in attending the Tuxedo UFSD.
PLEASE NOTE: A separate application must be completed and submitted for each student applying for admission.
