The Tuxedo STEM Academy shall not discriminate in its admission of any student for any reason, inclusive of race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, disability or on any other basis that would be unlawful for a public school. The Tuxedo STEM Academy is open to any child who is eligible under New York State law for admission to public school and the school shall ensure compliance with all anti-discrimination laws governing public schools, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and § 2854(2) of the New York Education Law. New students will be admitted each year without regard to prior measures of achievement or aptitude, athletic ability, disability or handicapped condition, ethnicity, race, creed, gender, national origin, religion, or ancestry.

Families interested in enrolling their child in the Tuxedo STEM Academy must complete the school’s enrollment application.
