Annual Membership Dues
Annual dues are due on September 1 of each calendar year. Dues-paid members hold a Voting Membership.
A Voting Membership provides one vote:
Regarding business matters brought before the membership, for the election of the Board of Directors, and the annual budget.
If you own one or multiple lots, and:
Any of the lots have a home or if you store a unit in the gated TBPOA Storage Area, the annual dues are $125
None of the lots have a home and you do NOT store a unit in the gated TBPOA Storage Area, the annual dues are $50
Quarterly Meetings
Attending the quarterly meetings is your opportunity to learn about activities that affect Hart County residents and our subdivision, to meet your neighbors, and to vote on issues at hand. At the covered-dish luncheon, prior to the business portion of the meeting, you can savor the good eats and will get to know your neighbors.
The quarterly meetings are held four times per year. Our fiscal year begins with our Annual Meeting the 2nd Sunday in September. The other three meeting months are November, April, and June. The meetings are held the second Sunday of those months. A covered-dish luncheon is served at 2 PM and the business meeting will follow at approximately 2:45 PM. All property owners may attend. However, only currently paid dues members may vote on issues.
