Dues-Paid Members of the Tugaloo Bay Property Owners Association may store their water craft, trailers, or RV free of charge in the fenced and locked storage area located near the clubhouse.* **

• All members who utilize the free storage services must download, fill out and turn the Boat & RV Storage waiver linked below and provide the completed document to the active storage manager.

* Provided space is available and their dues fee of $125 is paid)

** Beginning FY 2019/2020, dues-paid members who are eligible to use the Storage Area and whose annual dues fee is $50 will be required to pay a Storage Area use fee of $75 in addition to their required annual dues.
