Subject: RFLI: Connected Intersections Program

Members,

We have finalized a Request for a Letter of Intent (RFLI) to solicit contractors to provide program management & technical expertise for the Connected Intersections Program. I have also attached the CI Proposal for reference. The document has been uploaded to our website on this page (http://www.cts.virginia.edu/cvpfs_research/).

Any questions or requests for necessary additional information concerning this RFLI must be emailed to the UVA CTS listed below no later than 3:00 p.m. ET on August 31, 2020 in order to guarantee a timely response prior to the letter of intent due date.

All letter of intent submissions are due no later than 3:00 p.m. ET on September 15, 2020. One electronic file (up to 10MB), including a Letter of Intent and all supporting material, must be sent to the UVA CTS via email to Mallory Artusio (martusio@virginia.edu). The UVA CTS reserves the right to reject letters of intent received after the stated due date and time.

Please feel free to pass along to interested parties.
