She visited all the 193/193 independent countries of the UN and all 7 continents, 295/330 countries and territories on the Travelers' Century Club list, 1206/1500 countries and territories on the MTP list, 1137/1301 regions on the NomadMania list and 785/1223 UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The first country I visited (1989) was the German Democratic Republic.

Since 1998, I started traveling with my husband Sergeev Igor and visited with him all 193 UN countries.

The last country (Seychelles) I visited in 2017.

Nadezda Lazareva and Igor Sergeyev are the only people in the world who have visited all 193 UN countries together.
