Tonight's homework assignment is to investigate the following questions:

• How are comets and asteroids alike and different?
• Where do you find the majority of asteroids in our solar system?
• What causes high and low tides? Include how many of each occur each day and why they do not happen at the same time every day.

Students may write the answers in the notes section of their planner or bring them in on a separate sheet of paper.
