ABOUT THE TEACHER

Hi there! I have been teaching since... 1988! I have taught a variety of grade levels from kindergarten through 5th grade. I have worked as a classroom teacher, a literacy specialist, a curriculum coordinator and as coordinator of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program.

I currently volunteer for the IB as a workshop leader, a site visitor and a consultant. This summer I visited some beautiful places and met educators from all over the world.

My family consists of a fabulous husband and three creative boys. Two of my boys are professional musicians and the third is a snare drummer and high school student.
