Now that I am back in a data role my thirst for evaluated knowledge has returned and what could be a more appropriate indicator on social mores as the Annual Christmas Card survey. This was expanded this year to include three households and thus the results can be considered a reasonable reflection.
I will caveat my figures by pointing out that my comparison to previous years is not ideal as the base data was limited in 2015 but the figures for religious cards has dropped marginally from 30% to 28%.
The favourite style of card is Nativity which notched up 12% or should I say produced!
Cards featuring animals were 33%, the RSPCA should be happy that we are still animal lovers. Domestic type cards, wreaths, firesides, decorations, letterboxes etc mustered 12%
