The Road Committee works to maintain, develop, and oversee the 3 1/2 miles of internal road system in Pawling Lake Estates. This includes snow plowing in the winter, blacktop and dirt road maintenance in the summer, and drainage and other clean up tasks in the spring. For the safety and security of all community residents, please observe the speed limit for our local roads, 15 mph.
We can all help reduce the cost of annual road work by regularly blowing or raking any leaves and debris out of swales and catch basins around your home and/or your neighbors' homes.
Please do not put leaves in the road or culverts when you clear your property.

In partnership with former Road Chair, Brendan Gaughran, several paving projects and pothole repairs were completed in the fall. This work will continue in warmer weather.
