Delinquent Dues Update

As of the first of June 2010, the Board of Directors turned 25 delinquent accounts over to an attorney for collection. At that time there was $21,115.00 in delinquent dues. Of that amount, $3,062.00 was in foreclosure properties, leaving $18,053.00 of collectible dues. As of June 16th, 2010, $4,481.00, or nearly 25% of the delinquent dues had been collected. Several accounts have been paid in full, and others have set up payment schedules to get current with their remaining balance. Hopefully with a little more work, we will get our dues delinquencies down to a negligible amount.
