The Board of Directors at it's September 15, 2010 regular board meeting set a list of roads that shall receive priority to maintaining in good repair. This action was taken by the board due to the belief determined by engineers, the association's inability to keep up with the cost of repairs to all roads with it's current funding structure. The criteria used to identify these roads are as follows: safety, preservation of currently paved assets, and most serviceability to the most members ie: main roads.
