Andrew has managed PR campaigns for several products, publications and activities that have obtained sustained national news coverage as well as core trade press coverage. These include the site launch for, a investment bank watchdog service; ongoing publicity for, an ecommerce site builder for small businesses; a class action lawsuit on behalf of Holocaust victims denied life insurance benefits by European insurers in the wake of WWII; and publication of investment bank Veronis Suhler's annual Communications Industry Forecast. Ms. Howell's expertise encompasses public policy, media, and business strategy. Prior to founding CSP, she directed the Office of Public Affairs of the Federal Communications Commission, Washington, D.C., where she managed timely team response to nearly 40,000 media inquiries per year. Her firm has created winning coalitions, spearheaded mass media campaigns, developed investor relations program for Wall Street analysts, and achieved excellent national media coverage for her clients. In 2000, Ms. Howell served as a Communications Director on the Gore Lieberman Presidential Campaign. Previously, she was Communications Director to U.S. Senator Robert Torricelli (D-NJ). As President of Howell Communications Group, she represented over 100 Fortune 1000 corporations and their trade associations. Ms. Howell holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and an MPA from Harvard's John F.
