Samantha Goodman

About Me: Hi, my name is Samantha Goodman and I live in Pahrump, Nevada. I am originally from Bakersfield, California. I have an AS in Child Development and I have a BS in Liberal Studies. I began my education obtaining my A.S. in Early Childhood Development for career advancement. I realized that I wanted to advance in to the field of public education. I then enrolled into University of Laverne, where I earned a BS in Liberal Studies. Before I began teaching in an elementary school setting I taught in early childhood for 9 years. I have been teaching in elementary for 5 years. My first Year of teaching was teaching as a reading coach with 4th and 5th graders. The next two years I taught 2nd grade. Then next, one year of Kindergarten. Last year I taught half day Kindergarten and half a year as an Instructional Specialist. I am currently teaching in a 3rd Grade classroom, Las Vegas, Nevada
