The reflection piece is one of the most key elements of research. It is through reflection where, both, the researcher and participants can find value in what they are doing. This is a place where "Ah Ha" moments are born, as well as a place where one can figure out ways to improve and continue growing in their profession or work environment.The purpose of this survey is to help me gain insight as to what will inspire teachers to be engaged and motivated to try to change the way they deliver lessons so that they can incorporate 21st century technologies. This survey is also a way to help me figure out if students will become more motivated and engaged in their learning process due to these changes. By gathering this information, I hope to develop a list of ways that teachers can improve their practice by taking on a more active role in delivering creative and technologically advanced lessons. I look forward to learning what is currently being used in classrooms, as well as what could be changed in the future to help promote 21st Century motivational engagement within a classroom setting.
