How to Donate Stock

Supporters can make a contribution by donating stock.

What your donor needs to do

Transfer stock to:

Brokerage - National Financial Services (Fidelity)

Account Number: CCY-000060

Name on account: Asha for Education

Asha's Tax ID: 77-0459884

DTC number: 0226 (no code required)

What you need to do after the transfer is complete

1. Send an email to Venkatesh Iyengar (iyengar73<at>gmail.com) and Sanjay Anand (sanjay_an<at>hotmail.com) to inform them about the transfer.

2. On Runnernet, add this donation as a check, and in the comments section write "stock donation" and the receipt number.

What else happens to complete the donation

Asha admin (Seattle chapter) will sell the stock and issue a receipt, then the funds are transferred to the Asha SV team. The treasury team here will update your donation entry on Runnernet after they receive notice of funds transfer from the Seattle chapter.
