Computational Biology Laboratory

Our research focuses on developing computational methods that enable us to use comprehensive biological information to develop pharmaceuticals and improve the health-related quality of an individual's daily life and to understand various biological phenomena based on molecular biology.

1. Mr. Ryota Takishima (M2)'s research paper for an international conference, ICCBB2024, has been accepted. He will give an oral presentation in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture. The full paper is published as ICCBB 2024 Conference Proceedings by ACM (ISBN: 9798-4007-0962-3): archived in ACM Digital Library.

2. 救荒植物バーチャルツアー (東京電機大学 埼玉鳩山キャンパス 理工学部版、玉川大学 農学部 玉川学内農場版) を公開しました。
