Director - Middle East Critical Care Assembly Webinar Program
The Communication and Tele-Education committee of MCCA has launched a web-based educational program that intends to improve the knowledge and practice of critical care medicine around the world, and specifically in the Middle East. The program entails series of webinar sessions in critical care medicine that are delivered by experts around the world. It is usually conducted on monthly basis. There are additional webinars to be added on special basis as well.

Objectives:
Establishment of a transformed curriculum for Critical Care Unit rotation for Medical Interns.
Design curricular activities and implement them.
Define maintenance plan for the curriculum.
Follow up, addressing feedback and reflections from residents, fellows and faculty.

Administrative Responsibilities: Maintenance of curricular activities and maintenance of the website.
Educational Responsibilities: Updating content, management of multi-directional feedback (from residents, fellows and faculty)
and suggestions.
Chief Resident of Residency Training Program in Internal Medicine, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Location: King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center (KFSHRC), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Dates: January 2009 - December 2009.
Objectives:
Establishment of a program for noon conference lectures for medical residents of the training program.
Follow up on administrative needs for the residency training program.
Arrange the Call schedule for residents during their rotation.

Schedule: Weekdays: from 07:30 am - 05:00 pm.
with occasional overnight Emergency room supervision to medical residents while on-call for medical specialties.
Administrative Responsibilities: Arranging call schedule, follow up on residents' needs and compliance with hospital policy and moderating residents' report with different faculty members.
Educational Responsibilities: Moderation of several residents' activities including; Objective Structured Clinical Evaluation (OSCE) sessions for their Monday Academic Half day activities, moderation of chair's grand round.
