Thoughts from Leadership
Reflection:
I had a different research project that I wanted to implement during the time period of this course. Unfortunately, logistics and restrictions, in addition to different directions of my clinical training requirements, I diverted to build this website. There was a need to have references for interns in medicine. My skills in designing websites were limited. I learned a lot through this project on how to apply curricular designs principles, include necessary basic points in topics and use website techniques for easy delivery and access to learners (residents) and teachers (fellows and faculty members).
