Brush Knee Twist Step Left Style
From the end of Stork Flaps its Wings, your weight and posture is substantial on the right side in a back stance. Turn your waist to the right and sink, which brings your left thumb to the sternum palm facing down and your right arm out to the side as if you are hugging someone at the waist level. Step left, cross the centerline, turn your waist back to the left and bring your weight to the other side. Your left hand should brush your left knee/thigh and end by your left hip while your right hand should be out in front of you so that your hand would have struck the opponent’s left side of the chest. The move comes from the 'sinking' or releasing action, which then goes to the root, your foot, and comes back up through the body and spine out to the the blade of the hand.
