Chest and ribs soften and flex
Waist is loosened
Back is raised
Knees are soft, pain free, and don’t take weight or bounce
Feet are active; the whole foot feels the weight
Substantial and insubstantial ( weight distribution moves FULLY from one side to the other; not 50/50 except at the rare moments that require it)
