I can't find the "SVEditor" menus, or wizards

Make sure the SystemVerilog Perspective is open. You can do this by going to Window>Perspective>Show Perspective>Other>System Verilog.

SVEditor Seems Sluggish

Content Assist Doesn't Work

The most common cause for content assist to fail is an issue with the project setup that SVEditor used to identify files to be included in the project index. A file will get a blue dot on it's icon in the project explorer view, and in the file tab at the top of the editor when the file was included in the SVEditor index. If the blue dot does not appear:

Check your project is set up correctly (refer to Setting up an SVE Project for details on how to set up a project)
Force a rebuild of your project (Project>Clean)
Review your project configuration file (typically a .f file) for errors
Open the file that contains the module, class etc. that you'd expected to be part of the index and confirm that it included in the build (has a "blue dot")
