Life is an ever-evolving journey, and fueled by my passion, commitment, and unwavering determination, I made the conscious decision to pursue my academic aspirations further. Thus, on the eventful day of June 1, 2021, I embraced a new chapter as a Research Professor at the esteemed Srinivas Institute of Management and Commerce. I am deeply grateful to Dr. P S Aithal, the visionary Vice Chancellor of Srinivas University, for his forward-thinking approach in establishing positions dedicated to research and innovation within the institution.

Embracing this role with enthusiasm, I eagerly took on the responsibility of guiding a group of eight diligent Research Scholars. Serving as their mentor, I provided invaluable guidance, support, and expertise to nurture their research endeavors. Witnessing their growth and witnessing the fruition of their scholarly pursuits has been immensely rewarding.

In addition to my role as a mentor, I seized every opportunity that arose to contribute to the academic landscape of the institution. Recognizing the importance of cultivating a strong foundation in research methodology, I conducted comprehensive sessions on topics such as Mendeley and Research Methodology. Through these interactive sessions, I endeavored to equip students and scholars alike with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their academic journeys.

Furthermore, I actively engaged as a member of the Doctoral Advisory Committee, where I contributed my insights and expertise to shape and enhance the research projects of aspiring scholars. It has been a privilege to collaborate with fellow committee members, sharing diverse perspectives and collectively striving for academic excellence.

I take great pride in being a part of the development and growth of research at Srinivas Institute of Management and Commerce. By actively participating in academic sessions, sharing my insights, and collaborating with the dedicated faculty members, I have witnessed the institution's research ecosystem thrive and flourish. Together, we are fostering an environment that encourages innovative thinking, intellectual exploration, and the pursuit of knowledge.
