Architectural Control Committee required form Residential Request for Change in the Exterior Appearance of a Home is to be provided to Guardian Association Management prior to commencement of improvements to the exterior of the home. Requests should be in accordance with Articles VII and VIII of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions.
