These amenities are for Sunrise homeowners, residents and their guests when accompanied by a homeowner or resident. The amenities are available during daylight hours only. Please abide by all notifications posted for your safety.
The Sunrise community has a convenient bench at the front exit on Tower Road. It's great for students waiting for the school bus.
We have a playground on SW 18th Blvd. and SW 80th Drive. A little red lending library is located by the playground too.
Keep a look out on your left as you continue west on SW 18th Blvd. and you'll see our basketball hoop on a half court and 4 tennis courts.
The tennis courts are gated and require a key which can be obtained through the management company. Please contact John McClanahan for a key by sending an email to john@cmsflorida.com
Your first key is free, but replacement keys are $10.
