Dear Sunrise Homeowner:

The HOA/Board of Directors 2026 Budget was approved during our recent Oct. 28, 2025 meeting. Click here to review.

The budget provides for a $13.50 increase to the annual amount. We have been as diligent as possible to ensure that the costs are as low as possible.

The finalized budget includes an increase in the bi-annual fee to $250.00 from $236.50. The items with the most significant increases are Utilities, insurance & Management fees.

We appreciate all your support and help in making Sunrise a great place to live.

Go to the Resource Center page and review the Minutes of our meetings and the required Architectural Modification Request before you begin the change to your home and received approval from the Architectural Control Committee. Navigate to the Bosshardt Property Management Community Login. Login and select Requests from the left-side menu. Select, complete, and submit the Architectural Management Request - ARC Request form.
