The HOA/Board of Directors 2026 Budget was approved during the Oct. 28, 2025, board meeting and revised the budget on November 18, 2025.  Click here to review the Revised Budget.

Notice of a budget meeting for Monday, January 5, 2026 has been mailed out to homeowners and the Revised Budget will be approved at the January 5th meeting.

The budget provides for a $17.50 increase to the annual amount. We have been as diligent as possible to ensure that the costs are as low as possible.

The finalized budget includes an increase in the bi-annual fee to $245.25 from $236.50. The items with the most significant increases are Utilities, insurance & Management fees.
