Sunrise is a residential planned unit development (PUD) comprised of 108 residential home sites and common areas (4 tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground, private roads and several drainage retention basins). Every lot is subject to the terms of the restrictive covenants and by-laws and lot owners are automatically voting members.
The annual meeting and all board meetings are open to all residents. The operations of the association are managed by Cornerstone Management Services. If you have questions, comments, concerns, problems, or ideas for improvements, please contact our manager John McClanahan using the contact information in the box below. Dues are paid twice per year (January and July).
Forms for Homeowners:
Architectural Control Committee - a request form is in the process of being revised. Approval is required from Cornerstone Management Services prior to the commencement of improvements to the exterior of the home. Requests should be in accordance with Articles VII and VIII of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions.
