Dear Sunrise Homeowner:

The Board of Directors approved the Budget for 2025.

The budget provides for a $7.00 increase to the annual amount. We have been as diligent as possible to ensure that the costs are as low as possible.

The semi-annual payment is $236.50 due on January 1, 2025 and July 1, 2025.

We appreciate all your support and help in making Sunrise a great place to live.

Go to the Resource Center page and review the Minutes of our meetings and the required Residential Request for Change to Exterior Appearance form before you begin the change to your home and received approval from the Architectural Control Committee.
