This is to serve notice that, on December 5, 2024, a meeting of the Board of Directors will take place to consider and approve a budget for the 2025 fiscal year. A copy of the Proposed Budget is found here for your
review.

Please note at the Board Budget Meeting, homeowners will be allowed to participate in the discussion, but only members of the Board may vote, and they must be present in person or by speaker phone to do so – they may not be represented by a proxy holder.

The budget, as proposed, provides for a $7.00 increase per semi-annual payment. We have been as diligent as possible to ensure that the costs are as low as possible.
