The Game
Games will now have two-13 minute halves
Corner kicks will result in automatic 20 second run off. Although delays will no longer impact the game during stoppage, players will still honor a 20-30 second code during stoppages to allow for the flow of the "Daily" schedule to limit delays.
Throw-ins and goal kicks (2 moves each) must be made within 15 seconds or clock stops.
Games will now have two-10 minute halves
Pool play, no overtime. In playoffs- If game ends tied after regulation, play will proceed without resetting of men, additional 5 minutes will be added to game in Silver Goal format, meaning non-sudden death. After 5 minutes, game will not reset, and Golden Goal will apply (next goal wins).
Possession/Moves
Offense-
Game starts with the visiting team kicking off. Home team kicks off in second half.
Team kicking off has 2 touches but cannot score on a shot originating within the center circle, no matter what it touches on it's way in.
Player taking kick-off CAN NOT touch the ball until a team-mate touches ball
Defending team can have up to 4 players BUT NO MORE that are touching the center circle or are WITHIN A PLAYER'S BASE WIDTH from the center circle line. this will prevent someone from preventing a pass through the circle in the forward direction by surrounding the center circle.
Team kicking off can pass ball forward or backward for first move.
Each team gets two moves per possession. Player does not have to strike ball.
Throw-ins and goal kicks (2 moves each) must be made in 15 seconds or clock stops, 7.5 seconds for each additional move.
Possession goes to the team that touched the ball last.
Player retains possession if player strikes ball and the ball then hits a team-mate last. IE- If I have two moves and my first move is to strike the ball and it successfully hits my team mate last, I still retain two moves. If I have one move left and again I make a successful 'pass' I still have one move left.
Player does NOT retain possession if he strikes the ball and then the same player who kicked the ball, touches it down field. It's considered one move.
NOTE- If offense has one move and the ball strikes the defense and then hits the offense last, possession is retained but doesn't reset to two moves. The defense does not take possession until the ball completely stops.
NOTE- Offense may strike the ball while the ball is moving. IE- My first move is a pass to a team mate, I can move the team mate to strike the ball with my second move. However, If the ball strikes the defense, you may not attempt to strike a moving ball with your second move. Possession will change to defense.
Offense does not have to wait for the defense to get in position or move UNLESS- a person is unfairly shielded from getting in position, a player from the PRIOR move falls off the table or (Note-Defense may not intentionally flick player off field to stop the game) a legitimate dispute arises questioning possession/number of moves.
Number of moves will be announced before player moves.
At the start of the following circumstances, the same player may not touch the ball consecutively in the following situations: Throw-ins, kick-offs, corner-kicks, free-kicks, opening kicks, and any other kick following a dead ball.
Defense-
One defensive move can be made after the offense makes first move. If the move comes after the second offense moves, the defense CANNOT make a defensive move for the offense's second move.
Defensive move CANNOT be made in which the move impedes an offensive player from kicking the ball AND/OR impeding an offensive player from moving into position to kick the ball for second move. If defensive move obstructs offense from moving to an attacking position on second move. the defender will be moved back to a point in which it will allow the offensive player to move towards ball. OFFENSE MUST use the figure that he claims is being obstructed.
Defensive Walls can only be made for a free kick in attacking zone.
If Defense chooses to create wall:
Defense must be 3 inches from the kicker/throw-in player and aligned with defending Goal. (A hockey puck will be used to verify distance).
Defense can only move 3 players and they must be touching side to side.
Marking/Clearance
Defense cannot make a defensive move that would obstruct the offense from striking the ball or prevent offensive from moving towards striking a ball.
If defense is too close to the offensive player attempting to kick ball, the offense may ask for a finger length clearance.
Change of Possession
Possession changes when 1) offense uses their two moves without retaining possession, 2) The ball touches the defense last and then comes to a stop, 3) Offense kicks the ball out of bounds, 4) Offensive fouls

Scoring
A ball struck in the attacking zone, is eligible to become a goal. If ball (or player) is 50% on the midfield line, this would be eligible for a goal.
A ball may be scored if kicked from defense of side of field and the ball deflects of any player into the net. (Note-Goalie doesn't count, if goalie touches the ball and the momentum of the shot goes in, it will not be a goal and will be a goal kick. If ball is deflect out of bounds, it will be a corner kick)
Ball must be 100 percent over the goal line to be counted as Goal. Even if it's 80% in, it's not a goal.
Goals cannot be scored directly from throw-in's. It must hit a player first (again, Goalie is excluded).
Corner kicks are direct kicks
Field of Play

A player may be eligible to play ball from out of bounds on the pitch or can be placed at the boundary lines- Note- Decision to be moved to the line or leave outside of lines must be done immediately, you cannot decide to move him to the line after another move- this will be considered a move.
Goal Keepers
All goal keeper must be of the same length.
Keepers frame cannot move through the net.
Goalies can NOT cross the line of the small goal box. Crossing the line is when the goalie is more than 50/50 past the line.
A save doesn't count as move unless the ball is completely stopped. If save is made and it doesn't touch anyone else, it becomes the keeper's team's possession. A keeper can kick the ball as a move, only if the keeper can reach the ball legally without going through the net.
Spare Keeper
Spare keeper can replace rod keeper to kick ball, can be placed anywhere within 6 yard box or behind the goal line anywhere within 18 yard box.
If spare keeper misses ball or loses possession in play to defending team, spare keeper stays on the pitch.
When spare keeper is removed from play, defending team gets ONE defensive flick
If spare keeper commits foul, or kicks ball out of play, rodded keeper can be reinserted.
Infractions
If Defender strikes a rolling ball, a foul will result. All fouls are direct kicks.
If Defender strikes a stationary ball, defender moves back to original position and defending team forfeits defensive move.
If Defender strikes a stationary Attacker, defender moves back to original position and defending team forfeits defensive move.
If Defender strikes a moving Attacker, whether ball is stationary or moving, defender moves back to original position, defending team forfeits defensive move, AND Attacker is placed at the spot of the collision.
If Attacker misses ball and hits defender, Defender can play the advantage OR ask for the Attacker and any figures impacted, to move to it's original position.
Any 3 defenders can form a wall, but must be touching and 3" from ball.
Before kick is taken, the offense must wait for the defense to state 'ready'.

If the ball touches the defensive players hand or finger. Note- If a player is passing the ball to a team mate in the attacking zone and the ball hits the defender's hand, a foul will be called (no penalty).
If offense plays the advantage and refuses the foul, the defense will not be credited with a foul.
If your flick doesn't touch a ball and hits your teammate, it is not a foul UNLESS the teammate's momentum hits an opposing player, before striking the ball.
Flicking
All flicks must be done with the front of the finger, with the finger nail. No slow pushing is allowed. Must be a quick flick.
The striking finger may not use any other finger to propel the strike to be more powerful.

Flicks made with the side or back of finger are illegal.
Opposite hand may NOT touch the table. Only one hand may play (exception- you may flick a player and have your opposite hand in control of the goalie)
Illegal flicks will result in a loss of move, the player will go back to original position and lose 1 move.
If a player flicked hits the hand of an opposing team, no foul will be called, however the offense can place their player where they intended their flick to go.
