"Words create nations, topple governments, start wars, right injustices and win hearts. Words can plunge us into darkest despair or uplift us to ultimate achievement. Words are the means by which we convey our aspirations, faith, feelings and hopes. Words make us react, interact, and stir our very souls. Words are the sum of our existence!"
Whose words are these? They are my words!
Hi everyone!
My name is VICTOR FRANCIS AINSLIE. Call me Frank! Everyone else does!My wife and I lost more than a million dollars when Storm Financial collapsed at the end of 2008. Our loss like many others was not caused primarily by the global financial crisis, but rather by unscrupulous banks that seized the opportunity to put us in debt.
Fortunately, I have a professional background which has provided me with the necessary skills to fight back. Most that lost their money when Storm went belly-up were ordinary elderly Australians that worked hard all their lives in an honest way to provide for their old age. They are good decent people that placed their trust in rogues. So called professionals robbed them of everything but their lives and even these are in the balance where some are concerned.
I have therefore taken it on myself to act for them and others that, for whatever reason, are not capable of taking the fight to the banks themselves. This is for you!
My background:
I spent more than 30 years in international freight forwarding and hold a number of qualifications in that field. For much of my career I was employed in corporate management. I have also done some consultancy work for the government back in the 'eighties' which gives me an understanding of how bureaucracy functions; a necessary attribute, I feel, when dealing with government bodies such as ASIC.
Among other things,I have completed studies in commercial law both here and in the UK. Therefore I have some understanding of the law particularly in relation to the law of contract. This is especially useful because the issues between these banks and their former Storm customers are mostly contractual. There are, of course, other elements such as: 'unregistered managed investment schemes' 'unconscionability' and the like which I will be discussing but the emphasis will be on contractual breach.
Please be advised, however, that I am not a lawyer and you are therefore advised to clarify any issues with your legal representatives where your circumstances are concerned.
I am also a published writer - See THE THIRD SECRET: http://www.amazon.com/Third-Secret-Frank-Ainslie/dp/1931297398
In my international logistics career, I have written a number of articles pertaining to that industry. In the last 2 years, since the demise of Storm Financial, I have literally written millions of words relating to Storm Financial and the banks. I also have a Google discussion group called SOB. Some of what I have posted there and much of what I have written to the various parties involved, I have included on this website. In addition I have included some media articles, some Internet articles, and other information that pertains to Storm Financial and their association with certain banks.
I have called this site "Storming on banks' because that is what I've found myself doing these last two years.
I hope that this website proves insightful and of interest to those that have not had access to this information before. My intent is to inform, educate, and make you aware of the issues involved. Hopefully, in so doing, you will gain a greater understanding of just how deeply you have been wronged. Please feel free to use any of this information in any way you want.
Why am I doing this? They say that we all have a singular destiny. I thought that I had found mine! However, it appears that the book has not quite closed yet on my life. Fate, it seems, had something else in store for me. No matter! If I can reach out and help those that cannot help themselves or give encouragement to those that find it difficult to carry on because they have been asked to endure the unendurable, then I can close the final chapter of my life with some satisfaction.
