Annual Meeting of the St. Louis Alumni
Association —June 11, 2010
The Annual Meeting will cover the financial reports of the Association, including
moneys raised and donations made throughout the year. Elections for six positions
on the Board of Directors and one position on the Board of Trustees will be conducted.
Of the six Board members, five have agreed to run again, leaving one position to be filled.
This is a two-year position. The Board of Trustees position is a three-year term and we
need someone to fill this position. Nominations will be accepted from the floor, but those
with a special interest should call Bob Belair of the nominating committee at 284-6518.
The Annual Meeting is also a good time to see old friends and to socialize. If you have
never been to an Alumni meeting or even to our Hall, or if it's been a while, this is a
good time to come back. Mark your calendar and please come. The meeting starts at 7:00,
but come early for social hour. A light lunch will be served after the meeting.
Attending the Friday evening meeting will be a good way to limber up and make your
challenges for Saturday's golf tournament.

17th Annual Golf Tournament
After a grueling winter, it's time to play golf. The 17th Annual Golf Tournament will be

This tournament is the single largest contributor to the Brother Richard Hebert Memorial

The entry fee includes green fees, prizes, coffee and donuts, a meal and beverages.
Team rosters are due by May 31, so get those applications in. You don't want to be shut out
of this fun event. Applications are available at Doc's Tavern, Dutch Elm, Biddeford Saco Country
Club and the St. Louis Alumni Hall. You can also download applications
from the Web site www.stlouisalumni.net You don't have to be a golfer to contribute to
