Annual Meeting of the St. Louis Alumni

Association —June 12, 2009

The Annual Meeting will cover the financial reports of the Association including moneys

raised and donations made throughout the year. Elections for six positions

on the Board of Directors and one position on the Board of Trustees will also be

conducted. Of the six Board members, five have agreed to run again, leaving one position needing to be filled. This is a two-year position. The Board of Trustees position is a

three-year term and the current member has agreed to run again.

Nominations will be accepted from the floor for any and all of these positions

The Annual Meeting is also a good time to see old friends and to socialize. If you have

never been to an Alumni meeting or even to our Hall, or if it's been a while, this is a

good time to come back. Mark your calendar and please come. The meeting starts at

7:00, but come early for social hour. A light lunch will be served after the meeting.

The final 50/50 drawing of the series will be held this evening. Unless someone volunteers to chair this fund raiser, it may be the final drawing of all. This event has run for thirty years and has helped pay the expenses of running the Alumni Hall. Get a buddy or two and step up to preserve this tradition.

Attending the Friday evening meeting will be a good way to limber up and make your challenges for Saturday's golf tournament.

and $65.00 for nonmembers. The entry fee includes green fees, prizes, coffee

and donuts, a meal and beverages.
