Humpty / Pouffe Pattern

NOTE: Measurements do not include seam allowances

MAKE PATTERN:

1. Mark a 26" square ADGK

2. A-B, C-D, D-E, F-G, G-H, ,J-K, K-L, M-A = 6"

3. B-C, E-F, ,J-H, L-M = 14"

4. M-N, N-B = 4"

C-P, P-E = 4"

F-R, R-H = 4"

J-S, S-L = 4"

5. Redraw new shaped outline BCPEFRHHHHJSLMN

This is the main Humpty pattern piece

6. Cut 2 of these in fabric, adding seam allowances.

STITCHING:

For each of the main pattern pieces:

7. With right sides together, match the lines NM TO NB & stitch. Repeat at each corner for CP-PE, FR-RH, JS-SL

8. Match the 2 pieces at BC, EF, HJ, LM.

9. Stitch across 3 sides leaving one edge open.

10. Turn to right sides facing.

11. Fill Humpty with filling, then securely handstitch opening.
