Dear Kevin:

Congratulations on your success in getting the conviction against Canada and its leaders by way of the new court you have helped to establish, the International Common Law Court of Justice.

I have been following the progression of the proceedings and blogging about them and keeping an eye out for when my case might be processed by the court should this be the right action for me. Now that the first case is past the verdict phase perhaps the timing is right to get placed on a docket.

I do want to get something moving on my case just as soon as I can somewhere some way. I have been working on this ... as it turns out case outline for some time as I worked to condense a "brief summary of facts" as indicated in your directions. A "brief summary" - at least fairly brief - can be extracted from the text a few paragraphs below, beneath the section head 'Statement of facts'.

Following that I have included additional notes for your perusal if you have the time to read them - or, if not, then perhaps some other officer of the court might take a look at them.

Although this overall may be more text than you might have expected to start things off, I trust it is not an imposition. I feel I must stop the writing and editing process for the moment and get something sent off to you so that you know what I have been doing since the initial email exchange.

I sense timing and that I must send you something at this moment to get some forward motion in play in my quest for justice.

At any rate following the summary of facts I have also included a 'Deliberations' section and also a partial list of those I want charged and also some pertinent notes I have sent off to a journalist in the US. All of the material in this email constitutes what I would say is a draft of my legal case outline.

The outline still needs to be fleshed out but I am thinking this draft in its entirely might be filed with the court on some preliminary or notice basis. Please advise me on this and if it is deemed that my case is suitable for your new court. I need to get things going and I need help now. If there is help available through ITCCS then I will welcome it. I am a valuable human being and a terrible injustice has been perpetrated and is being perpetrated against me and all of humanity. This is not just a personal or an individual matter, it is a collective issue as I will substantiate. It is a crime against civilization and I must get justice for my sake and for the sake of all humanity, for the sake of evolution.

Now besides the actual court proceedings, I am wondering if the ITCCS can help by way of investigations. I need investigation work done and third-party representation for certain calls that I might want to make. I am just about totally isolated here and nobody will help me at all. I am de facto imprisoned and continuously harassed and stalked by the fascist "police" etc.

I can do some things myself but some situations are touchy and a third party would be a better way to proceed to prevent more trouble.

So do you have "peace officers" or agents who might be able to help me out here in the satanism of the Maritime Coven (the Maritime provinces). Paralegal types.

Also do you have people who might act as voluntary legal counsel. I have no money and cannot afford a lawyer - and even if I did have money in my case it would be difficult to find someone with enough guts to help me in view of the power of the evil I am fighting. This would include the RCMP and what I call the "Irving mafia" based, in part, on what a lawyer has told me.

I can offer "contingency" for in my case at the end surely there will be a large pot of gold and I won't mind reimbursing anyone with the courage to help me now in the direst straits of poverty one could ever be in.

I want to ultimately bring criminal and civil cases against my oppressors.

Ideally what I would have happen soon is a civil discovery hearing ... to get as much information as I can from my oppressors but I believe that might be beyond the purview of your court for the moment?

By way of civil actions ultimately I will receive my just recompense. This is inevitable ... the way God designed the moral universe. And I want it to happen as fast as I can now. So I guess I am hoping that your court might be the solid beginning of my legal quest which I have already started by posting certain documents on the internet to penetrate the court of public opinion.

My hope also is that your new court, which is shaping up to be very exciting and which is great conceptually, will impact in helping us create a bona fide rule of law in every country on earth, that is to hope that it will actually revolutionize "mainstream" justice - that is to say usher in or help to usher in a new civilized mainstream justice system to replace the current barbarians who pass themselves off as lawyers and jurists and the like in Canada and around the world.

This could work something like what is happening, at least to a degree, in the news media as the old mainstream media has now basically been dethroned by the so-called alternatives. The problem, however, is that some of the biggest names amongst the "alternatives" certainly are not free either and may be even worse traitors than the old presstitute and, in fact, of even more value to the power structure.

In any event I would also note that I am planning to be a lawyer myself someday soon. So what we are doing here will advance that learning curve for me ... whatever the outcome, ie whether we proceed or not.

My case is very exciting because it involves the artistic quest, it involves civilization vs the barbarism of fascism, it involves the evolution of the human species - that is to say Jesus Christ. The war against me is the continuing war against our ultimate hero, Jesus Christ, who went to the wood for truth, justice and evolution (or the artistic life). See my poem "Photoascension".

In fact this is a dream case for a lawyer with courage.

Now regarding the statement of facts be aware that this is an ongoing and fluid scenario.

The case involves the theft or pillaging of my intellectual property, etc and ongoing torture and violation of my basic human and civil rights and right to privacy or solitude.

Not having my manuscripts is torture, not having reference books they have stolen is professional torture, being isolated is torture, being gangstalked relentlessly is torture, being prevented from making a living is torture and much more....

Summary of facts

The case includes a current fraud and forgery involving the Canada Pension Plan that was perpetrated against me last year. This crime entails the forging of my signature and it has at least psychological torture links back to a big heist in 1999 when, included in that crime, was the theft of my SIN, driver's license and part of my original birth certificate. ID theft.

Also in recent months there is a corruption involving Canada Post vis a vis a PIN sent to me from Google not received.

Also one of my sisters stole my record collection on Good Friday in 2011.

Also my computer has been hacked and Rogers has proof of that.

There is a lot more, much more.

As things have surrealistically unfurled, my mother's ("will" and) estate - indications are - has become involved in the scenario for there are a number of incidents of theft and my family - including my own mother - is party to more than one of them including the heart of the case or the MAIN HEIST.

There are ongoing repercussions from this event which is central to what has happened to me.

This occurred in 1999 when the RCMP and the Saint John police carried out the theft of almost all my writing from roughly before the year 2000 and other materials. This happened only because I did not understand what the "police" in Canada truly are. I don't think I was naive but I misread the depth of "police" corruption. This has cost me 14 years of my career and my life already.

At the moment in question I turned in good faith to the Saint John police department and the RCMP to settle a situation that involved two storage outfits in Saint John. My materials were being temporarily stored with the outfits in question. The trouble, in both cases, was initiated by the storage outfits.

One base or foundational incident was a physical assault perpetrated upon me by one of the storage operators, Stephane Eden - who in subsequent years has been charged with cocaine trafficking as a result of a joint supposed police operation which included both the RCMP and the Saint John "police". In this operation an "organized crime" group was dismantled, according to the (very dubious and untrustworthy) RCMP.

This assault appears now - in retrospect - to have been part of a set up. I had no fear of this man but I wanted to settle matters IN A CIVILIZED FASHION rather than with physical violence and so forth.

I duly reported this incident to the Saint John police. Incredibly, tho' they understood clearly that an assault had occurred, they did nothing. I was somewhat baffled.

Following this complaint that went uninvestigated by the Saint John police department I turned to the RCMP and began communicating with a "Dan Gendron", an (officer) with the RCMP in Hampton, a town on the outskirts of the city, where in fact I grew up and which is also the native home of John Peters Humphrey who helped draft the Universal Declaration of Human Rights for the UN.

I explained to Gendron what did not happen regarding the Saint John police and what happened regarding the assault by Eden and other details including those involving the second storage company, Murphy Storage.

Gendron told me "there should be an investigation" and that would have included investigation into the non-action by the Saint John police. This was key. This gave me false hope that Gendron was going to help me. At this time I still had some remnant of belief in the mystique of the RCMP as a police organization. Had I known then ... the old story. Anyway, I talked to Gendron a number of times and he sort of backed off and was reluctant to do anything on Saint John police turf. This is hollow. I told him I did not want anything more to do with the Saint John police but I eventually reluctantly agreed to talk to someone he strongly recommended from the Saint John police department.

I met with this "cop" in a police cruiser at night in a parking lot and it seemed to go pretty well ... except for one thing: I was subtly interfered with while I was in the car, just subtle enough so that my conversation probably was not quite as crisp as it might have been. You could barely tell at the moment what exactly was going on, it was that subtle, but I could tell. Anyway we talked and he seemed genuinely concerned enough and that he was going to help. But in the end he disappeared. Told me to call him at a certain time and he was not there, etc.

This man said his name was "Jay". There is some question about his last name so I have an element of doubt about who he is but I may know. This is how the scenario was set up.

At any rate, crestfallen, soon after I left Saint John to seek help and justice elsewhere. First I went to Sussex, N.B., then Moncton, N.B. then eventually to Amherst, N.S. One thing a lawyer in Sussex did tell me in line with an incident that happened there was that I was under surveillance and being investigated by the RCMP. This puts perspective on everything from then, from before then and what has happened since then. In any event nothing has worked. I could not get a lawyer, a private investigator, other police or a government agency, or anybody else to help me. To this day.

Stupidly - in retrospect - my materials were left on the line in Saint John.

Note: there are a number of mechanisms at work in this heist. The assault (which, as it turned out, went uninvestigated by "police") that prompted me to "fight" back (ie to press charges) instead of just getting my things out of there, the leading on by first Gendron (there should be an investigation) and then this (seemingly sympathetic) Jay character - all this subtly working on my mind in the moment and leading me on out the doorway to the hell of having been set up by these two-cent fascists. My humanity (emotions) was manipulated during each event involved in this sequence.

No doubt it was designed that way.

These devils knew what they were doing. It was a neuropsyops caper probably designed from the getgo by the RCMP and/or their associates who are very powerful.

Since then many things, of course, have happened and not happened. And I have been terrorized, manipulated and suppressed by the very widespread, sometimes hidden sometimes not hidden, and oppressive tentacles of the RCMP and their associates ever since ... and, I see now, before this crime too.

The manuscripts stolen include many poems ... including two books of poems, one with the working title "The Turquoise Cannibal", the other titled "The Beth Testament", one novel in an advanced stage of development - working title "Jazzkats" - and copious other notes and notebooks gathered and compiled for personal and artistic purposes. These notes would contain enough information and data for more than one novel. Also there is a lot of great photography, very artistic and experimental work, that was described to me by one gallery owner as being revolutionary. Very valuable stuff. The photography alone could have made me rich by now. Quite a lot of the film was not yet processed - that is an indication of how sadistic, how degenerate, how barbaric these people truly are in the RCMP, the Saint John police, my own family and the rest of the Irving mafia.

Deliberations

Here are key elements of this neuropsyops black caper: the police knew I had been assaulted, the Saint John police, and they did not act on my complaint. Why ... except for discrimination and what else. The RCMP led me on ... why. Finally I talked to another Saint John "cop" and I was interfered with in the police cruiser and he not only deceived me but the way the scenario was orchestrated I am not certain of his name other than the first name he gave me of "Jay".

There was and there is intent to steal and/or detain my artistic works by way of this black operation.

How this black op works is very insidious and pattern interrupting. One word I might use to help describe the techniques involved is "metapherein" - something like "metaphor": to "transfer"- say transfer an attribute illogically from one concept to another concept.

What is going on against me is an overall mind control operation, a neuropsyops, a torture mechanism deploying "metapherein"....

One example of how this device or mechanism works is ... say the term "police". Police are supposed to about protection of the individual from thugs and gangsters, but the "police" here are actually thugs and gangsters. At best the RCMP manages crime, it does not fight organized crime. The RCMP is organized crime. You see it all works to pattern interruption. All that you believed about something is untrue or the opposite. The "police" represent organized crime. This is what I unwittingly came up against. That is partially how this has all happened and been maintained over the timeline since the original assault. It is a bewildering experience.

Everything, every agency that you thought might be there to help, turns out not to be so or to, in fact, be a reflection of the bad guy himself. Such is gangland Canada, I have learned the very hard way.

At any rate the big heist served to amp up the daily torture and terror in my life. My oppressors have this work of mine and now time has passed, it is not published and they have my mind, they are in possession of my mind and I do resent it. Besides the artistic works and all kinds of notebooks of a very personal nature there are also letters from old girlfriends, etc. The utter barbarism of Canada.

The operation makes me look stupid and naive in retrospect but keep in mind I am fighting an army of degenerates here in the Mcoven buttressed by the Irving mafia and the fascist RCMP. It has taken legions to keep me and my career suppressed but I am still standing.

I mow know I should never have left the materials where I did. I went to one place after another in good faith seeking legal, police and political help from Sussex to Moncton in New Brunswick and finally to Amherst in Nova Scotia before coming back here to end this nightmare. NOBODY WILL HELP ME. Canada is a failed nation and it is a good thing the court has done in "dissolving" it. It does not work, it does not function as a collective working for the good of people and all of humanity.

I must impress upon you the horror I have lived since 1999 because, for this one reason (and of course others), I did not have to leave my materials on the line and I never would do such a thing now. While seeking justice and not getting any help I became perhaps a little stunned and not quite understanding the full extent of what was happening to me in the moment and so forth. Ignorantly I still had faith, if not in the system, then in the goodness of somebody somewhere in the fascist system and that this would all work out. It did not. And now I see I made a colossal mistake because I know God would never ask this kind of a sacrifice from anyone. My children have been ripped from me. My poems and my photographs are my children. I am an artist. The manuscript of that novel, also short stories ... this stuff, at least some of it, could also have been published besides much of the poetry which should have been published.

Now it all could be because I do have a publisher finally. Google for the internet.

So I must get all materials back. Now.

The manuscripts in question ... are very valuable. The poetry was produced at a time of extreme and intense creativity - that in fact continues to this day. This is the kind of stuff that ends up in the big auction houses of the world centuries after the poet dies penniless. But I am not going to let that happen to me and I hope you people will help me.

The work in fact reflects that I have pierced through to a higher frequency level or a higher level of brain operation. That is one reason why it is dangerous to the status quo and why they would squelch it. It is revolutionary work in the mind of Christ. Any truly revolutionary artist gets steamrolled ... I just thought in Canada that you would not get oppression to this extent, that the nation was not as barbaric as I now know it to be. Anyway this is evolutionary-breakthrough stuff and those poems should have been shared with the world. They could have saved the world. They point to being a warrior for Christ, social development and ultimately a better, more wholesome and healthier lifestyle. And they are very pro female which would not sit well with the fascist patriarchy that enslaves us.

I will also note that in '94-95 I became a born-again Christian (nonchurched) and my entire life changed. This was when I started composing poetry in earnest. I started out as a poet after I got out of high school and then I got into prose writing and journalism and this occupied most of my writing time until the 94-95 moment when I went into this big aesthetic/poetic event in my life which coincided with my commitment to Christ. I am certain I pierced through to the higher creative order and that points to the value of the work.

Those poems and those pictures all should have been published years ago instead of being held and squelched in the hands of the RCMP or my mother's "estate" or some storage locker or wherever they are at the moment. There is a lot of brilliant poetry in there.

The local tyrant, the Irving corporate cult centred around the patriarch K.C. Irving, owns the presses here. I tried to get them to publish this stuff back in the latter 1990s but they wouldn't. I also later tried to get "journalistic" help for my case by way of his newspaper operation to no avail. The "Irving mafia" is clearly implicated in this crime.

Irving is one of the wealthiest families in Canada, maybe the wealthiest. They are part of the global elite and through the oil business, etc they have to be associated somehow with those two elitist devils, the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds. Also Irving would not have his fiefdom here in the Maritimes unless Liz Windsor authorized it. So I am fighting the British Empire along with the symbiotic bankster/oiligarchy.

Irving is a very abusive tyrant. One of, if not the worst, in all of history ... as history is now being largely - if not totally - rewritten by the emerging alternative media.

These people, the Irving mafia, and their partners in crime have ruined my career. They have ruined my life. They must pay.

What has happened is a crime against humanity and a crime against civilization. Without poets there would be no civilization. Think of the old testament prophets and the poets of ancient Greece, heroic and lyrical. When you commit crimes against a poet, you are committing a crime against civilization. This, as far as I know, is a new indictment ... worse than crimes against humanity. This is the indictment I want launched against my oppressors. Crimes against civilization.

Without poets there would be no civilization ... and I am a good poet, a great poet - I might be the best poet. Authorization for this declaration includes my teachers' college English professor who told me those poems are "diamonds". She introduced me to the Romantic Poets. She knows what she is talking about. The pertinent letter with her words regarding a poetry sampling I mailed to her back in the '90s is amongst the stolen documents.

I have been ordained as a poet by something higher than that as well.

In any event the crime against me is also a crime against humanity. It involves enslavement. It involves genocide - fitting the Canadian pattern as substantiated by your court. It is not just the aboriginals, however. Genocide is "the deliberate and systematic extermination of a national, racial, political, or cultural group", according to Dictionary.com.

In me they are attacking a great artist. All truly great artists (cultural group) are attacked everywhere. To me Jesus is a great artist and he was certainly attacked by the fascists or the collectivists of his day. The entire Maritime culture has been destroyed by fascism. I am also being attacked for political belief, as others must have been in this region before me (political group). Also they are attacking my genome, my genes, my branch of the Belding family - from my paternal grandfather John forward as far as I can detect thus far (racial group).

This particular genocide - say extra or outside or besides the aboriginals - is a modern phenomenon, as far as I know, as a result of the invasion of this region by fascism spearheaded by the Irving corporate dynasty of tyrants. New Brunswick is now a Northkoreanesque scenario and the entire Maritimes region in fact is an iteration of Dante's Inferno.

Re the "Maritime Coven". There is a logic behind this term. The Maritime provinces - in a state of chronic economic depression by design - is a documented "monoculture" that has been ethnically cleansed or purged across decades with so many of the smart and young of each generation out migrating. That is to say the rebels are gone. The resistance is gone. The place is now almost totally overrun with denizens of docility and servility. All manner of cults are infested here amidst a general overlay of very heavy, stultifying fascism, which is the political/economic face of satanism - thus the Maritime Coven, probably the most corrupt region of a very corrupt nationstate. Collectivism (with its cult systems) is satanism because it squelches individual development: it squelches the evolutionary Christ in us all. Collectivism is thus by definition child abuse.

In that vein the crime against me is also a crime against children because it is a crime against posterity. The publication of my poetry would have improved things a decade ago at least in the collective mind whether I had become a big star or not. It would have led and contributed to a better future for the children then, for the children now.

This is an indication of how collectivism, or fascism, works to abuse children: it thwarts the evolution of a better future for them and people of all ages.

Now in one, at least theoretical, strand of my case what has happened regarding the events surrounding the central heist has its roots going back to another seminal terror sequence perpetrated against me in 1984-85 which in turn segues to another terror assault a few years before that. In 1984, for example, the fascist "police" started harassing me overtly for reasons I can speculate about and which at first was frightening and intimidating as was obviously the intended effect.

Keep in mind I have never done anything wrong and I basically had no big problems with the fascist cops, as far as I knew, or at least as far as I thought then. When the police cars suddenly, seemingly out of the blue, start coming at you for no apparent reason it is ... horrific and bewildering, at first.

This occurred during a strange moment in my life when I experienced a financial catastrophe that was largely manipulated by the (very bad) female in my life at that time. Years later she got the (satanic) Roman Catholic church after me for an annulment process which I refused to participate in. I now want to access that file from that fascist church regarding their bogus proceedings against me.

The point being the big heist fits into a larger pattern or puzzle.

As I say there is more, a lot more to the scenario, and more to my legal outline and plan.

This is a long case and demands an inquiry. It goes back a number of years and continues in the present. My hope is that the action that I may get launched through ITCCS and its court will at least begin this inquiry process and be a factor in ending all the oppression.

Accused (partial list)

Now the parties I want to have criminally charged include family members, the Saint John RICO/pedo police and members of the department thereof, the RCMP and members thereof, Eden, Murphy Storage, etc.

Besides Gendron and other specific members of the RCMP, there is "Tracy Simmons" and Mary Gallatly of the Saint John police.

The sisters I want investigated and indicted include Dianne who stole my records, etc and Beverly who is the executor of my other's will.

My own mother should be indicted. If she is truly deceased, which I doubt, then my sisters and brother should be investigated for murder - because there was no need of her "dying".

Put former MP Bill Casey (Cumberland-Colchester-Musquodoboit Valley MP) and MlA Brian Skabar (Cumberland North) on the list of accused.

Also various government departments and employees therein including Community Services in Nova Scotia and Social Development here in New Brunswick who have failed in their duty to help me and other government agencies in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and federally. There are issues here of personal security, social security, my right to make a living, etc.

Also a number of lawyers who failed to help me during this interval of distress. Surely they should be charged and disbarred for their lack of professional action.

These people in the RCMP and the Saint John police, and the government people and the lawyers, and my own sisters are SADISTIC. They are sadists of the highest rank.

These people also are all either members of or collaborators with what I - reluctantly at first - have come to know as the "Irving mafia". During my excursion in Amherst I was told pointblank by a lawyer, Jim O'Neil, that Irving runs New Brunswick. This is widely believed and there is a lot of evidence that says it is so. It means there, in fact, is a superstructure under which the Irving corporate mafia controls the politics, the economics and the legal system in New Brunswick. This mafia is also powerful in Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia, particularly now since the illegal Harper regime has awarded Irving a huge $25 billion contract to build warships out of Halifax.

The RCMP, technically I suppose, would not be part of the said mafia. But they are a protection front for Canada's barbaric elite and the "old boys" networks which is the same matrix that includes the Irving mafia. Canada is a Stalinist-type country with probably the most barbaric elite on the planet. The Irvings are a key fixture in that barbaric abusive elite.

Another defendant is the fascist Amherst police department including one member in particular, Steve Maddison.

Also there are a number of abusive and totally unprofessional operatives from Service Canada regarding the Canada Pension Plan who must be indicted. These include Leslie O'Brien and Wesley Glover.

Another note regarding the two blogposts I referred to in the initial email message to you - one post contains the text of a letter I sent to a local lawyer and the other one an email to the MLA in Nova Scotia listed amongst the accused, Brian Skabar. These documents cursorily cover or touch on parts of the overall indictment or legal plan that I have launched.

You have had so many excellent radio programs lately I can barely keep up with you.

God bless you and keep it up. I got turned on to your show only a few months ago.

Your great edition with Tim Rogers on Wednesday, Feb. 13 was more confirmation of what follows and the great show Feb. 20 with Larry Engel about satanism and the music biz fits right in as well.

What does follow are some notes and story suggestions that flow from some of the great work you are doing.

Expose Canada

Anyway the item Thursday, Jan. 24 should have provided a good alert to the world about what is happening in Canada. Your regular caller "Verner" did a good job touching on it. Your guest, Paul Fromm, said some good things but was ... euphemistic.

Canada is quite simply: barbaric. It has to be one of the worst jackboot police states in history, if not the worst. So I request that you stay on the beat. Canada is the enemy of the republic. It squelches individual development and is a model nation of collectivism for the globalists - being a creature of British colonialism maybe THE model for these freaks, who knows.

It is hell on earth for anyone who wants to lead a free, productive life.

If you don't bow down to fascist "authority" they will just kill you one way or the other.

Verner mentioned the RCMP (the "Royal Canadian Mounted Police"). You might check this fascist beast out. Check the litany of crimes. It is incredible that this international criminal gang is allowed to continue to operate while posing as the "national police force" with legal cover.

Personally speaking I am a poet and this paramilitary "cult" - in league with other mafioso partners - has ruined my career and my entire life for me. They have stolen manuscripts and other intellectual materials from me, etc and there is nothing I can get done about it. Nothing. The legal profession in Canada is a travesty. They are just about totally corrupt. The RCMP buys some of them off and besides all the elements of that matrix belong to the same "legal system coven".

The region where Verner lives is the Maritime Provinces which is also where I live. I call it the "Maritime coven" or the "Maritime inferno". This might be the worst collectivist slimepit in the entire world.

Now another story I will bring to your attention for your own information and consideration is about me. The way events have been manipulated it has come to look as tho' I am the Brian Wilson of poetry in some ways.

Foremost I am a poet. Also I am a writer and a photographer and now a blogger. Collectivist Canada, one of the worst totalitarian cesspools on the planet, has deemed it fit to ruin my life and my career - even tho' I have done NOTHING wrong. What they are doing to me includes not only energy weapon frequency/neurological torture but it also involves stealing my manuscripts as well as my personal notes for literary purposes and otherwise, research notes and photography - including unprocessed film - and also reference books and personal ID. You are a writer who has empathy for other people. Imagine the nightmare if this material was taken from you. They have almost all of my unpublished materials from pre the year 2000. I got out of high school in 1967 and I have been a poet and a writer pretty much from that point forward. (I have worked as a journalist for the local corporate media). This theft includes a body of work so to say in itself - a body of work within a developing body of work.

It gives them a lot of control over me and the future view of my career ... at least until I get all the materials returned to me. In fact they stole what at one time was my future. This, in itself, is torture.

Can you imagine such heights of mind control. Canada might be the most degenerate sadistic nation-state EVER.

This is a lot of valuable material they have and a lot of personal data - and now they are torturing me with it, in more than one way. I am under a state of daily torture here and there is nothing I have been able to get done about it. I could not get anybody to help me, not even my own family - who actually are involved in the heist(s). They have had me just about totally isolated ... until just the last few months when glimpses at least of help seem to have broken through. They have made my life a daily hell. I am in a de facto or a virtual prison.

Canada, in fact, is one big virtual gulag. It is a prison nation. A prison without visible walls. The fascists who go along to get along - the vast majority of the population - are left alone and of course they say nothing. But whether they understand it or not they are worse slaves than the few of us who resist for there is no honor in tolerating the likes of the RCMP and the rest of the Canadian gestapo and government/corporatocracy apparatus.

I am considered a threat to the status quo in Canada obviously. I know that now - and now too after all that has occurred I am openly rebellious - but I did not understand that thoroughly enough when I was less rebellious during a crucial sequence of events in 1999 when I was looted big time. There is actually more than one heist but this is when the big one occurred. This was during an intense moment of artistic creation that continues....

Now after many misadventures in trying to get justice in Canada, etc I have to retrieve this stolen material somehow and get it edited down and published - for now I finally have a platform with Google. The way things did not work out, however, after these years and intervening events, I don't know exactly where those earlier materials have ended up for the moment. This has to be like your own children have been ripped from you. Anyway ... it has become a somewhat and very unnecessarily complex scenario but I can explain it relatively quickly. At issue are dirty cops who I turned to at a vulnerable moment in distress ... and guess what, they set me up ... for the big heist. I could not quite believe it in the moment then - not knowing what I now know about Canada and its bogus justice and legal system.

I have no criminal record and have never done anything wrong in my life but the RCMP, and the local fascist rico/pedocops, the Saint John police department, are involved in the big theft and probably other lesser thefts - one by a "member" of the RCMP for certain.

I could not quite believe - and/or it took me a while to process - what had happened particularly in 1999 and I eventually slipped into a sort of low-level shock state or numbness and pattern interruption and partial passivity and the like for a while. I kept working and producing but I could not get a lawyer or the government or anybody to help me while under relentless attack from the "police" and whoever else might be involved in this ongoing abuse and torture. But now I am charging ahead in credenza (confidence) that justice is coming - still against the odds. I knew Canada was corrupt, don't get me wrong I don't like to think I was very naive, but I could not have imagined the depth of the corruption.

If you look at all of what has gone on up here - all the genocide of the aboriginals by church and state, and the rest of the litany of crimes committed against people by the terrorist RCMP, etc - Canada must at least be a candidate for worst country in history. As indicated it has been researched out to be citizen for citizen the worst country in the world at this moment.

I have drafted a new indictment: crime against civilization, one rung worse than crime against humanity.

There would be no civilization without poets: think of the old testament prophets and the ancient Greek heroic and lyric poets. Canada, by trying to murder the soul of a great poet, is committing crimes against civilization. Thus Canada is an ongoing crime against civilization.

My case also involves a crime against posterity. Canada is a child eater country. It takes away or eats a better future for the children, a mark of collectivism. It wears people down before they are even born because it wears their parents down before them and this [a]ffects everything even in the womb. All collectivist countries do that including even now what has become of the United States, the one-time hope for the protection of the dignity of the individual - which is the only way in fact for true collective development to occur. When the individual is nurtured great leaders can emerge and others can thus follow into their realm of excellence which is what happened with Brian Wilson during the good musical part of the 1960s.

At any rate I have gone into an artistic state as reflected and expressed in the poetry that points to a better lifestyle for the entire group - for all of humanity. But this has all been squelched. Collectivism squelches individual development to keep the fascist herd in line - that is Canada.

It steals the better life, the better future that might be created for the next generations. Or tries to. It tries to eat their evolutionary future, in effect eating what children would in a certain sense naturally be if they were nurtured properly and if their parents were nurtured properly: an improvement on what was there before. Collectivism self evidently attempts to keep children and their parents unnaturally dumbed down and caged in amongst the jaded herd because otherwise the children would be liable to rise up in their subsequent years and potentially overthrow the power structure.

The ancient cronus/saturn myth of child eating continues to play itself out. When will this madness end.

Collectivism doesn't want their little minds to be exposed to truly revolutionary poetry or even for the minds of their parents to be exposed to it for fear of the evolutionary impact it might have.

Collectivism, like what goes on in Canada, in effect eats part of the naturally progressive gene expression of children by sq[u]elching individual development and thus squelching that progressive nurture that would collectively become prevalent and thus foster the unleashing of the deeper potential in each one of the young. Collectivism quite literally, physically - in a microscopic sense perhaps - eats the children. It eats part of their body. The people who go along with this sewer of fascism up here are CANNIBALS eating their own children. This is not just metaphorical.

The mind becomes flesh.

Mind is not mind over matter or just mind over matter, MIND IS MATTER. Surely this is scientifically provable by way of e equals mc2. Thought is a form of energy. Ultimately it gets transposed into matter ... into the flesh of the body. This explains how Brian Wilson's music (his musical thought or energy) operates on the mind and the body. I am positive it changed my life when I was a "beach boy" myself in the 1960s. His music makes one feel better, it has a biochemical impact. It affects the body, it has physical ramifications.

Also it is an individual as well as a collective experience and impact. It affects the individual and thus each individual's experience goes into the collective mind, and thus the infused positive collective template in turn affects the individual positively. A symbiosis.

At any rate, however it happened, the outcome is that Brian Wilson has been squelched for decades - to his own detriment and to the detriment of the entire human race including all children. Cronus at work.

I, the poet, have been squelched.

A better future has been thwarted.

The children are being eaten ... unrelentingly.

I have been blacklisted up here for decades until I started blogging just in the last couple of years. Blogging ... just being published is a big help: it completes the creative act and makes one feel a lot better and stimulates one to be more active. That I was not being published indicates how abusive Canada and its leaders truly are.

Keep in mind it is not just the meaning of the poems but the way the words go together, the rhythm. You probably know all this but feel free to have any English professor scan the poetry. I myself am an editor so I can recognize quality. Also I have been ... ordained as a poet - I know my poetry is very valuable over the long term tho' I am cognizant we do not, for the moment, live in a poetry world. But this has to, and I am confident it will, change.

The poems are actually nutritive. Words are food for the mind which again ultimately is expressed physiologically by way of the brain and how it works neurobiochemically.

This is a very serious crime that has been committed against me and all of humanity. They have squelched masterpieces of poetry from ever being published - entire books of poetry. As with Brian Wilson it is not just an individual issue about me. The collective mind has been deprived of the poetry that has been renditioned. This is mind/body nurture and nutrition. In the same way we have been deprived of a still not completed Smile (in spite of what they say about the 2004 solo version) as well as more musical masterworks from Brian Wilson because he was more or less knocked out of commission for some time over the years and remains artistically reduced for the time being. He has yet to better Pet Sounds even tho' he has come back to a degree of (codified ... not the former revolutionary) productivity.

I should have been a published poet long ago now. But the local media is owned by the corporatocracy of course and they would not do their duty and publish me as they should have when I submitted materials to them back in the latter part of the '90s, for example. This involves the Irving family corporate mafia that directly owns the newspapers and (at that time at least) book publishing facilities for photography here in New Brunswick. This same mafia ultimately is involved in the heist. Pretty nifty eh. That is how it works in gangland Canada.

The y chromosomes of the male species generally are getting weaker and weaker - this has to be reversed and it can be ... but it is the women, I believe, who can save us now. But not the hookers. They are what is destroying us ... I am sure you get my drift.
