Former British Columbia premier Bill Vander Zalm is interviewed by Dan Dicks and talks about the trend towards fat-cat politicians and globalization.
He says the bureaucracy and the elite are in charge and the politicians are often "a tool" for the elite and the bureaucrats.
He says people have lost trust in government.
