Introductory notes:

This is a blog about my indictment or legal quest for justice in lawless Canada and a pretty lawless world.

I ... filed the earliest draft of the case outline with one Kevin Annett by way of email. It was for he and his supposed "International Common Law Court of Justice" to expedite. That was in April of 2013. I am afraid I am one of those who has been taken in by the spell of Mr. Annett, who looks to be one of those bamboozling individuals.... He led me on to compose and email this document to him and then he does not even acknowledge it.

I got the carbon copy so he must have received it.

I thought and hoped this man was a true hero, one of the very few that Canada has. As it turns out his detractors have substance - unfortunately. I am not happy to think that at all.

At any rate since then that draft has been filed with the Social Development department of the corrupt province of New Brunswick. On the way to the said filing I was gangstalked by the fascist Saint John police department.

Also I talked last year with a Samantha Richard of the Justice Department of New Brunswick. The short talk proceeded from the question of one technical operation or manouvre called "gratuitous bailment". We talked cursorily about this and a little more about my case and she said I need a lawyer to help me. But she offered no help.

Well I knew that I needed a lawyer. I also in 2013 got a partial hearing with a law firm in Saint John, Gilbert McGloan Gillis. But they never took me on. I had earlier written to Rod Gillis about a particular aspect of the scenario. I never got to talk to Rod who became convicted of obstruction of justice and is no longer practicing law.

Now, I would say, the entire firm is obstructing justice as I talked to a "law student" who would have been counselled by a senior lawyer. It is probably another one of those RICO-type Canadian companies entangled with the Irving Mafia.

Also Social Development is obstructing justice for not helping me and I would say Richard et al at Justice, so called, too.

Whew, Canada is corrupt, and so it goes around the world, but apparently to lesser degrees. At least hopefully so.
