We are a community of faith committed to serving our neighbours regardless of their religious affiliation. St Clement's Church exists at the heart of the Chorlton community.

URGENT APPEAL – REFUGEE CRISIS


Local people, via Refugee Aid NW, are involved in the on-going crisis by collecting items for transport to Thessaloniki, Greece where many people are in need. A container will be leaving in the next few weeks. Specific items are being collected – please see the list below.

Donations can be brought into St Clements on Saturday 20th August, 4-6pm, Wednesday 24th August, 5-8pm or to the Sunday services on 21st & 28th August.

Thank you for your generosity in continuing to provide goods to go out to the refugee camps all over Europe and in Syria and Jordon.


Here is the list for the next container that will be going to Thessaloniki in Greece shortly where there are a huge number of families. The deadline for delivery in Chorlton is Sunday 28 August

Hygiene items:


Toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorants, shower gel, hand sanitizer and wet wipes (baby wipes are good!), sanitary towels


 


Please only provide goods that are on the list here as we do not have storage facilities at the moment.
